Less than a decade ago, my life looked very different.
I was restless, searching for purpose without knowing how to name it. Finding my faith grounded me and reshaped how I lead, decide, and build.
Today, I’m a mother of five and an NDIS provider navigating the same challenges service leaders face every day, regulatory change, compliance pressure, and responsibility that carries real weight.
That lived experience shapes how I mentor providers and founders to lead with clarity, steadiness, and integrity.
