My Story

Less than a decade ago, my life looked very different.

I was restless, searching for purpose without knowing how to name it. Finding my faith grounded me and reshaped how I lead, decide, and build.

Today, I’m a mother of five and an NDIS provider navigating the same challenges service leaders face every day, regulatory change, compliance pressure, and responsibility that carries real weight.

That lived experience shapes how I mentor providers and founders to lead with clarity, steadiness, and integrity.

Foundations

I believe leadership should become lighter over time, not heavier.

When you’re carrying real responsibility, misalignment shows up fast. You see it in burnout, poor decisions, fractured teams, and growth that can’t be sustained. Structure isn’t restrictive, it creates peace. Values aren’t abstract, they guide decisions when pressure is high.
